Jacques Verspecht (Brussels, Belgium 1952)

Studied photography at the Sint Lucas School of Arts in Brussels. Between 1976 and 2013 owner of Fotoland Jacques specialized in photographic equipment as pro-dealer for Nikon and Canon.
Major hobbies are travelling, diving and birding.
First photographic love was muck-diving, in search of the wonderful world of hidden macro life in the oceans, especially the nudibranchs.
Travelling around the world since more than 30 years it was only during our first trip in South-Africa, in 2008, that we met a bunch of birders.  It was second love at the first sight.  
 

The purpose of this website is to show the “flowers of the sky” to anyone fond of nature.  
Although I spend a lot of time trying to be as correct as possible, I can not exclude errors. In case of, you may correct me on fotoland.jacques@gmail.com.
